THE LANDMARK SCHOOL committed to protecting your privacy and to maintain your trust by protecting personal information we collect about you, and this statement outlines the school’s policy on how the school uses and manages personal data provided to or collected by the school. THE LANDMARK SCHOOL may collect information about you from a variety of sources, including information we collect from you directly during pre-admissions, when you intend to admit your child in TLS. Generally we collect information about an individual by way of application form filled out by you, discussion, meetings, interviews and telephone calls during and after the course of a student’s admission at the school. It is expected that information shared with The Landmark School during the admission process is given with the consent of a parent or guardian. The school does not knowingly collect information from anyone without their self consent. During the admissions process, personal information will be collected, (like Student’s name, Parents or Guardians name, email address, telephone or mobile number, postal address, Student’s age, date of birth, details of family members, siblings, contact information of relatives, friends, who come into contact with the school, medical ailment and future communication preference etc) and store them for the purposes of evaluating the applicant. The Landmark School also will use the information for communicating with the family during the admissions process. The above said information are collected to provide information to students and parents about the progress, improvement, information on day to day administrative activities, events, celebrations, competitions, sports and others activities organized by the school and also other information about the student’s matters related to their schooling by the way of digital or electronic communication such as email, mobile, SMS, whatsapp, phone call and postal mail, etc.,

Where consent for the use and disclosure of personal information is required, the school will seek consent from the appropriate person. In the case of a student’s personal information, the school will seek the consent from the parent(s)/guardian(s) depending on the circumstances of the proposed use and disclosure.
